I connected with Ria to get info about Study Permit for my Brother, open work permit for my Sis-in-law and TRV for my nephew. Right off the bat, I could tell that Ria is very proficient at her craft. We bombarded her with questions for a few weeks even before we signed the Retainer Agreement. Her fees, by the way, are reasonable and still less expensive than other Consultants that we’ve searched online : )

She’s always available via any means of communication in addition to our regular zoom meetings. Each touchpoint was very productive. She handled everything meticulously which I believe helped speed things up….my Brother and his family’s application got approved just over 4 weeks after Ria submitted the application package.
