4. Non-Serviced Regions We do not provide services to individuals residing in sanctioned countries. This policy is explicitly stated and upheld in accordance with international regulations.

Refunds are not provided for government fees or other expenses incurred. If an application is refused due to an error or omission on our part, we will provide a one-time reapplication service free of charge (IRCC fees excluded).
8. Decision-Making Authority Decisions on visa applications or immigration statuses are solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee outcomes or processing timelines.
9. Payment Terms All professional fees are considered earned upon submission of your application. Payment terms and deadlines are outlined in your signed retainer agreement. Clients are responsible for all additional expenses, including bank transfer fees and courier charges.
10. Dispute Resolution Disputes should be submitted in writing to our office for resolution. If unresolved, you may file a complaint with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
